GOD DAMN you guys are savages. Went into a local store near me (i live in the middle of no where, surrounded by old people) got a serial number of a display pax and already redeemed!

I can second this. Got an S/N off FB marketplace, made an account, told them the device wont hold a charge anymore, received this email:

Hello X,

Thank you for creating your account! Your warranty replacement device has been added to your PAX.com account.

To order your replacement device:
1. Log in to your PAX account (US or Canada)

2. Click on "Devices & Warranty" or the notification on the left to view any available replacements in your account. Do not add a device to your cart from any other section of the site

3. Select your replacement device and proceed to checkout.

4. You will not be charged for your warranty replacement or asked to enter any payment information. If you are prompted for payment information, empty your shopping cart and start over from step 1.

Note: Keep all of your original accessories and chargers.

Keep in mind that for the Canadian site at least, you will need to take a photo of your ID and then a selfie with you holding your ID. This is verified through 3rd-party not PAX themselves.

FTID the best way to go or anyone else ever ran into this?

I just stated that I discarded the device, they didnt ask any other questions about it after.

I just stated that I discarded the device, they didnt ask any other questions about it after.

That's what I attempted originally, was stated that if that was the case they would not be able to continue with the process.
Tracking label they provided is USPS so not really sure where to go with that.

You can try to box them, the device is light enough. Just put something in the box that weighs the same but it really shouldn’t matter either way
