this ws the police case, they closed it as it was insufficient evidence. apple is still ongoing.

So what more has apple got to do now? Thought all they wanted was proof that you had been in contact with the police in the form of a police report.

Apple is stating I need a hard copy which costs over £100
Yet various Apple colleagues have told me about 5 different things. Their customer service is ridiculous.

There is no PR email though. It was merely a number. Cops told me that they should contact them citing report number.
