If so, I don't know why the OTP was given to the first carrier - he didn't directly deliver the package to Its destination, hence the OTP serves no purpose.

I contact with them with dna and they said they will start investigation. Should I leave it like that or contact and say Carrier called and leave it on the porch But It wasnt there?
