Meta still going strong in Canada. Didn't even chat with their support just made the claim on PayPal waited 10 days and bam refund!

Nice, worked for me too. How Much CAD was you order? I try to hit them in a few days with my other PP account and another adress.

Just under $1000 it was 900 and change. Legit done even message Meta just start the claim.
