I wouldn't even waste a PayPal claim on such a small amount but I must say you absolutely screwed yourself over with this one. I would have bought 5k worth of shoes from New balance and refunded out of spite if they toiled with me like they did with you. Imagine it was a legit customer bc this could happen given how unprofessional and dismissive wow!

- Dont do dna unless it's proven to work on the store if you are worried about driver coming around bc theres always a chance of that happening.
- Always try and conculde ur refund or return inside return window desppite outcome. Paypal would have asked u to return and then u can box them simple.
- Dont waste PayPal claim on tiny amts, u could have easily done 10k !

I'll give you props for effort though you kept trying despite doing the wrong things. Pm me and I'll give ya a store that never replies to claims for easy claim. You deserve something for this bc this was painful to read through lmao. I feel like just refunding New B now out of of spite for this madness.
