So I have to send photos of both of shipping cardboard amz box and watch case?
I would like to have avoided to damage the watch case, it doesn't have any seals

Sorry but that's the point i do not understand. They request photo regards the watch box/case and without instructions.
They asked photo of the watch box/case. And asked questions for the shipping box.
You said that instead of responding to their questions regarding the shipping box I have to send photos of the part remained untouched by me (?)
I'm sorry for my poor understanding... but i do not want to make any false move to make the se fail.
