You can just use SET tools, or (simpler method) website mirroring to copy the login page.
You will need to edit the code of course, and make sure that all links to resources such as CSS files, images and so on are in place.
I didn't read the this tutorial, yet I don't believe that this is a good method, I'd rather use MiTM with SSLStrip and get the password directly, you can find a tutorial about the subject somewhere here in this forum.
