A factory reset won't prevent Meta from checking the device activity or blacklist It.
There's a slim chance they'll take action on the device, so don't worry about It.

I ordered a Quest Pro on 08.01 and today I got this email:
"I am reaching out to you regarding your order for a Meta Quest Pro that you set up on Jan 8, 2023.
Per our compliance department we require your date of birth in order to proceed with international shipping. Please respond to this email and provide your date of birth so we may release your order to ship as soon as possible."
Should this be an issue at all, or am I just overthinking it?

Some second-hand stores are quite strict with their purchases, while others are very relaxed.

Wouldn't it be more lucrative to sell on somewhere like facebook marketplace ? Those stores usually offer low prices for buying items.
