If they keep coming up with lame excuses to decline your claim, be sure to request It.

No photos in private, sorry.
They shipped with dhl and based on my experience they did not open the packages

Sorry to bother again but in the negative event that the se fails, could it possible to chargeback?

You can certainly hit a chargeback, but It's only as effective as the evidence you have In support of your claim.

We'll see what takes place with Amazon. If they decline the claim, you can escalate It. If that fails and the circumstances are In your favor, a chargeback Is the last resort.

With an email they tell me that the relevant department want to know some informations.
-If the tape of the company was on the top (and to provide pictures)
-Following that i said i noticed some unpacking sign to the packaging i have to check if there was any other damage to the exterior. (its not true, i've said in email that i noticed signs of damage)
-If the case of the watch has been shipped

What do i have to do?
Do i have to send them the photos or tell that i've thrown away? It is one month ago, If yes, how do i have to take it? some particular position?

I'll try to be precise as possible


During the first contact in the initial chat they already asked for photos of the box and I've sent to them.

This time they did not give me any specific instruction for the photo but I think it's correlated to the black tape question.
I have to tamper a little bit the box and after send to them?
Or i have to send it and say that it was a standard tape on top (like the usual of other orders)?

Regarding to the other question, do I have to specify that I initially noticed only signs of damaging and not sign of unpacking? (they stated the opposite)

And regarding the third... do I have to specify the watch box was in the shipment?
I already told to them in the first chat but it seems to me that they did not understand.

Sorry again, but following the previous email that I replied to, they asked me -if the tape seemed pulled or just damaged. -if the box was only crashed or it had a hole. -and to provide photos of the watch box.
How can i respond to this? Thank you for your time in advance
