"This is regarding for your missing item (Nike Sportswear Sport Essentials Men's Poly-Knit Tracksuit) that should be in the same package your receive which is the wrong item of shoe.

Our team have reviewed the tracking information and can confirm we have received no damage scans. Please confirm if the package is damage or tampered and we will investigate further with the carrier. We need pictures too if possible."

I did, it looked like they had done a number on it, I'm surprised they delivered it in its condition. Either way, my tracksuit was not in the box, the orders were switched or something.

Yeah, after the return and complaint they shipped out the replacement tracksuit and the complimentary shoes should be here soon.
