Very weird One Plus replacement. I suggest calling, don't chat because they suck. First they denied my refund/replacement but still sent one. Took about 2 weeks.

100% a few people in this thread got their replacements/refund after people said it was done with. I would give it another go if I wanted the device to keep tbh.

Up to you, but I wouldn't personally. It's like pulling teeth to even get one out of them, can't imagine the wait time to double dip lol. Good luck though
