Worked like a charm.. I went on live chat.. told them i received wrong item.. they said we'll refund and to send the wrong item back. Went to the post office and sent it and received an email within a few hours saying your refund has been issued.

Do you usually have to sign your parcels? Try not answering the door and see if they leave it on the porch, I guess
If not, fake signature is the way to go
