Been Asked for Video Proof in SE - litpapii - 09-27-2018
Hello, I was trying to SE a led light strip and the company has told me to provide video proof of the issue? What other ways can I get around this apart from sending a corrupt file?
Any ideas/tips welcome

What was the problem you described to them?
I told them that the wifi functionality of them isn't working and that the device sometimes switches itself off randomly

@litpapii I suggest you to code a simple script that does exactly that :/ so, disable wifi at all + add a timer and cclose lights after some time.

No, was trying to SE it amazon receipt, faulty etc.

See If you can locate a video on YouTube, that's consistent to your Issue (or comes close).
If so, download It, change the title, re-up and send them the link.

If this isnt possible, then send a corrupted file. You have to act like you are complying with their policies and dont get annoyed. Tell them that you arent that good with computers but the video is playing on you pc so it must be a problem at their end.
