Beginner in SE! - buzuki - 09-25-2018

Hey guys, I am from the EU and struggling to find out what to SE. I am currently trying Logitech and just got my first case to work, with the G933 headset. But ever since I am getting replies saying they need a video being provided for proof and im pretty sure I have no way around that..

So what should I move on to after Logitech? (Or should I keep going and hope I dont get the responses with video proof.)

Thanks! Smile

Honestly, you probably dodged a bullet going straight for Logitech, they're an easy company I understand that but it can go wrong in so many ways and you don't want to get screwed over, so as you're a beginner I would recommend doing food companies and places such as dominos, pepsi/coca cola is also a good one (or was when I did it, not sure anymore).

Just get used to manipulating companies by starting small, it also helps gain experience when you get in situations such as the current one you are in, you know the excuses to use and what not to use.

However, if you are wanting to aim a bit higher, then sure companies such as Logitech, SteelSeries and even Dell are great and aren't too complicated.

Good luck OP!

CD.

Hey, thanks for the reply.

But when you say food companies. what exactly would I do? I dont really understand what you mean can you give me an example of what I would do with a food company? Thanks

Where are you from in the EU ?
Just email a ton of food/product companies in your country, complain, say their cereal bars were over done and burnt. Theres tons of excuses. A lot require batch codes etc, get loads of photos of random items in store then complain, a lot of companies don't require any batch codes, the just give out for free.
Even works for alcohol like Ciroc and Smirnoff.

Pretty much what all the others said. Also personally, I found doing mice from Logitech easier, might just be me or a UK thing. Not sure. Anyway there's no harm in doing Logitech I haven't heard of anyone getting screwed over by them- the worst being an email accusing you of SE'ing. The only thing I would stay away from until you know a bit more is AR(advanced replacement). Anyway good luck in your SE's!

I'd honestly go with amazon refunds or food companies, check out the post I made about how to SE razors, good luck OP

Further to everything above and as I've stated In many posts, In terms of SEing food/consumable Items, have a look If there's a customer satisfaction guarantee on the packaging.

For Instance, It may contain something like "If you're not completely satisfied with this product, we will be happy to Issue a full refund". In such cases, your SE Is already complete.
