Steelseries - Nutany - 08-21-2018
When you try to se steelseries, they ask you for a picture with for example a broken off left earcup, can you photoshop something like that or do you just try something else?
Have a nice day guys.

You can certainly Photoshop It, or alternatively, send them a corrupted file using any of the below websites.
https://corrupt-a-file.net/
http://www.corruptmyfile.com/
https://pinetools.com/corrupt-a-file
No doubt they'll request It again, so keep sending It In different file formats (extensions) and assure them It's working fine on your end. This gives the Impression that you're making every effort to comply and resolve the matter.

I hear that Steelseries is difficult now because they ask for Proof of Purchase? I would assume that an Amazon/Best Buy Invoice Generator would suffice but I'm guessing that is not the case anymore..
RE: Steelseries - violent - 08-30-2018
They didn't review my case. They just sent me an email my case was closed, that's bs.

Rather, nothing can be done about it, steelseries are no longer SE.

@"Lucas1543", just to touch base with you, what's your current state with the SE?
RE: Steelseries - Nutany - 08-30-2018
I did it, got the thing refunded.

Good to read.
This clearly demonstrates that "everyone" can be SEd. It's all about exploiting the human firewall, rather than targeting the company per se. As a matter of Interest, what ultimately led to the successful outcome?
