An ambitious SE I wish to try with Intel - toonblue - 08-03-2018

Hello denizens of Sinisterly! My name is toonblue and I've been SEing for over 2 years now casually but recently I've had the urge to step up my game. Here are the details and what I've done so far.

1. Order a CPU from Amazon and SEing it to get it refunded.

2. Contact intel support and say it doesn't work, have them send me a new one or box them.

3. Sell the original CPU on eBay and send it to the buyer.

Any questions, tips or help is much appreciated. I'm still considering how to make the call to intel and not have to box them as that is the riskiest part and I don't want to fuck it up.

This makes no sense at all

He's going to buy a CPU from amazon, and get it refunded, prob with dna method or so, and if hes successful with that, he gets his money back while still keeping the cpu, goes for a triple dip, but instead of going to amazon, hes going to try and get a replacement from intel(his goal is to keep his cpu and still get another from intel). If he's successful with that he's going to list the one he bought from amazon on ebay and profit off it. It's pretty self explanatory.
As for the OP, good luck man!

In short:

* SE Amazon and get a refund.
* SE Intel for a replacement.
* Sell the CPU (from Amazon) on eBay.

Pretty basic SE on both Amazon & Intel. Provided your method Is formulated and executed accordingly, I don't see an Issue. Please reply as developments come to hand.

Pretty sure intel will not replace as it was recently purchased from Amazon.
If you're going to send in a generated receipt, pray that they don't crosscheck
Good luck

I could just use the excuse of buying it secondhand or locally, will they check that?

First phase is complete. I have the CPU and the refund is processing now. They asked for me to sign an affadavit, which basically means my Amazon account is dead. Here's a copy for you to look over!
