Samsung SE - Zoxy - 07-17-2018
So my monitor screen broke the LCD it was still under warranty and samsung wants $150 for a repair when i already bought the monitor for $200. They say that what happen was not under warranty is there any way i can SE this? Or Pm me if someone can get me a new monitor lol

how much info do they have on you?did they take your name and address? just call em up again and this time say its was working fine and then (id recommend this) when you went back on it the screen just didnt turn on and you dont know why or just say you was using it and the shit pooped and scared you and now its not working

They have my name. But my story was when i picked it up it cracked. I didnt touch it or throw anything it was just cracked.

that story is abit eh they might of thought you dropped it depends what the rep thinks try again with a different this time what i said (add more twist to it) also dont mention the lcd

The monitor LCD broke while it was under warranty?
If not, then as someone said earlier, I'd pay the 150$ and claim the monitor never arrived.
Or you can just get a SN and try to SE a new one

In a nutshell, your monitor was damaged, It's still under warranty, but not covered against their terms.
As such, you're seeking a method to SE another monitor.
Would this be correct?

Just order a nice monitor <300$ and say that you never received it
