You need to buy your username with NSP via the Points Shop.

You're pretty close to the 150 NSP in order to buy the username upgrade. If you can't quite get there yourself, contact me and I'll help you, though it's only about 45 posts you need to make.

Just adding to this, upgrading to Gold and above, allows free username changes.

There's been countless members who've made their way back to this board after many years of absence.
