Product Return Help - Jiggernaut - 04-21-2018

So recently I did a SE method on mophie and the first time I got lucky with not having to return the  battery, however when I went to do it again they’ve asked me to send it back after I received the replacement. I need input on what I should do like tell them that I threw it away, even though a couple of weeks have gone by since I last spoke to them. I’ve never tried boxing so I’m not exactly sure what to do.

Given the battery weighs next to nothing, the box method Is a good option.

To give the Impression It's been tampered with during transit, be sure to cut and reseal the package- obviously the tear must be consistent with the size of the Item.

@mothered I wanna know, when you box a company, you of course cut the label on the middle and reseal it but at the Carrier, they don't ask question?

That's why you don't cut the label (particularly In the center) where It's conspicuous to the carrier, or any person(s) Involved during transit.

A small Incision where the label Is sealed or any joining points (sides, bottom) will suffice- just enough not to be noticed when sending, but enough to be seen when checked on receipt.

For batteries you can just use that it leaks, if there's a leak there are hazardous materials inside and it would not be possible to ship the product. It's not smart that you did the company twice (probably on your same address).

What mothered said might work though too, I'm not an expert in SE.

Use dropshipping and fresh accounts if you want to do a company multiple times.

Hum I have to check then because I may have to box Razer for a Mouse Pad but I wanna know if they can bill me after or If I can be found? Otherwise I won't do it and I'll try with a new SN/PN

Always research prior to SEing.

You then have a platform to work with.
