SE from ASOS - JBoy1017 - 03-17-2018
I’m looking to SE a jacket from ASOS I ordered a few smaller items along with the jacket. I have received the package. Should I say that the jacket never came and that I didn’t receive an invoice?

Yes, just say the jacket is missing and send them some pictures of the box without the jacket. Tell them how frustrated you are etc. and that you would have liked to wear at your weekend trip or whatever. It helps when you have some orders on your account and you say that this never happened before.

If it was and there is DPD tape can you please pop over a picture to show this. “

Told ASOS the box was undamaged, they are resending me the jacket which I will then return
