NSP for member referrals - phyrrus9 - 03-15-2018
I was taking a look at the NSP page today and noticed that you don't get any NSP for referrals. I understand that NSP rewards were reduced to stir more HQ activity, but I still think you should get that reward for bringing in another member. I'm not proposing a huge number, but something like 25 - 50 would be fine. After all, usually people refer members who are coming from other forums they no longer like, and those members are likely to become good contributors.
Here's the current NSP reward scheme, what do you guys think?

Notice the error on the fifth line being "0 Chars".
On-topic, I like this suggestion. It's provides a nice Incentive with each member referred.

I did not notice that, but it's an easy fix.
Back on topic myself, I don't see why it wouldn't be there. The only real reward for referring members is an award after you've referred 11 members here, which is a huge number.

We can clearly see the perks In attaining NSP via posting, so I don't see why the same can't be Implemented (In the best Interests of this board) by referring members.
In my views, It's a win-win situation.

If I remember correctly, this has been brought up before; although it may have only been on the Discord.

So In the "Amount Paid" column (that obviously denotes the amount of NSP paid per action), the "Minimum Characters" pays "0 Chars?". Chars don't get paid, NSP does.
Given the subheading Is "How do you earn points?", this doesn't make much sense to me.

I have to agree on this matter. I think it's well deserved for people who refer people. Maybe only give the NSP when the user has made some posts or something to prevent someone going multiaccounting over NSP.

I feel that this should be implemented. Even if it's just 1-3 NSP per referral. It will motivate our members to tell other people about SL.
