Advice on a SE I did - J90 - 12-29-2017

Hey, i just got a replacement sent out from TIle and they said they are gonna include an envelope to send my replacements back "within 7 days." Does this mean they are gonna bill me? Should I send an empty envelope back? Thanks.

Reply to them saying you threw it away, thinking that you didn't need it anymore.

Simply tell them you've sent the Item back (obviously you'll do nothing of the sort).

Given It's still the busy time of year postal/carrier-wise, as far as they're concerned, It was lost In transit.

I just told them that nobody told me that I had to hold onto it, and so they ended up just saying alright. If you tell them you've disposed of it already, they should just let it slide.

This worked. The replacement is shipping now and they said to dispose of the return label.

They'll probably request a tracking number.

Tell them you did not pay for tracking as it was too expensive. If they ask for proof that you have sent it, send them an corrupted file and when they say that they can not open it, send the same corrupted file and tell them that you have thrown it away because you thought that you did not need it anymore and this is the only picture that you have. Good luck
