Adidas UK refund method advice - NeoXx - 09-19-2017
Planning to refund running shoes costing £140 from Adidas UK.
I also ordered some cheap socks with them, thus would it be better
to use 'Package never arrived' or 'Socks arrived but shoes missing' ?

Not sure if its any different in UK. But I have had success easily refunding around $300 with invoice only or not arrived method.

Refund worked perfectly. I just said I received the socks but shoes were not in the package.
The shoes are their signature collection, Adidas Ultra Boost, extremely well made.

Ohh ok, I wasn't familiar with it. Though, I used to shop at Clarks. That tells you everything you need to know lmfao.

Call. Don't use live chats, calls are much quicker and so much easier. Just say package received with only socks inside, no shoes.
