Offtopic, help - Fleet - 09-10-2017 How do i explain to my parents the money ive gotten from Amazon, as all you might know it can add up pretty fast. They found out about 600$, and i dont really get in any money. RE: Offtopic, help - mothered - 09-10-2017 If your age Is true to your profile and you've worked In the past, the money was owed from a tax refund via one of your previous jobs. RE: Offtopic, help - Slacker - 09-10-2017 Tell them you have been buying / selling trading virtual items (original usernames, stat accounts and similar items) explain to them a specific market and claim that is where it is coming from RE: Offtopic, help - raymondboy10 - 09-18-2017 Tell them that you test products out and give reviews for products and post the videos on the internet make some vidoes though RE: Offtopic, help - Skryptec - 09-18-2017 Say that you sell products online. That's what I used to do back in the days for something else. Virtual items are great small-time money makers legitimately xD RE: Offtopic, help - Slacker - 09-18-2017 (09-18-2017, 08:18 PM)Jiggly Wrote:(09-10-2017, 05:21 PM)Slacker Wrote: Tell them you have been buying / selling trading virtual items (original usernames, stat accounts and similar items) explain to them a specific market and claim that is where it is coming from I've never had to explain my income to anyone. My parents never really cared as long as it didn't involve them getting in trouble if I got caught RE: Offtopic, help - Jiggly - 09-19-2017 (09-18-2017, 10:18 PM)Slacker Wrote:(09-18-2017, 08:18 PM)Jiggly Wrote:(09-10-2017, 05:21 PM)Slacker Wrote: Tell them you have been buying / selling trading virtual items (original usernames, stat accounts and similar items) explain to them a specific market and claim that is where it is coming from If I had done something like that, my parents would definitely question where I got the money. Not out of suspicion, but more, curiosity RE: Offtopic, help - Slacker - 09-19-2017 (09-19-2017, 12:53 AM)Jiggly Wrote:(09-18-2017, 10:18 PM)Slacker Wrote:(09-18-2017, 08:18 PM)Jiggly Wrote: Sounds like a pretty good idea unless mothered's suggestion works. Never convicted but several allegations lol RE: Offtopic, help - Blink - 09-19-2017 (09-10-2017, 05:21 PM)Slacker Wrote: Tell them you have been buying / selling trading virtual items (original usernames, stat accounts and similar items) explain to them a specific market and claim that is where it is coming from (09-18-2017, 04:24 PM)raymondboy10 Wrote: Tell them that you test products out and give reviews for products and post the videos on the internet make some vidoes though (09-18-2017, 05:04 PM)Skryptec Wrote: Say that you sell products online. My advice: You also have to know what fits your character: If you are good at Photoshop or something, you can say you do graphic design work. If you know how to code in any language, you can say you did some programming jobs for people, or whatever else works. Make it believable, as in, don't say you did web design if you obviously don't know anything about it. |
