Olympic Gymnast Breaks Leg - mothered - 08-09-2016

Greetings everyone,

This happened In this year's Olympic games, whereby a gymnast mistimed his routine and snapped his leg. I couldn't Imagine the pain he was experiencing.

EDIT: This may be disturbing to some viewers.

I was watching when this happened, fucking frenchie

This sounded horrific. I am glad I wasn't watching as I am not very good at not freaking out with this kind of stuff. However, I did hear the guy is back on his feet walking around already.

Fortunately the women's gymnastics went without injuries of that nature.

My bad, I should've put some warning that It may be disturbing to some members. I've done that now.

It's quite amazing that he's walking around after sustaining that type of Injury. I'd say It probably wasn't a broken bone, but perhaps more so some sort of dislocation.

That's what happens when you merge the Paralympics with normal Olympics. Accidents like this are bound to happen.

I saw this as I was browsing a news site, tragic.

Glad he's recovering, see you in four years buddy .

I hope it was just a dislocation. I used to do gymnastics (obviously not even close to olympics) but I realise it's so easy to get injured doing the simplest thing. These gymnasts make it look like it's no trouble to them.

Was actually pretty bad, his dreams of being in the Olympics are totally crushed at this point.
Or rather, his dreams are as broken as his leg. :3

Is he too old for the next one?
And hey, he actually got selected for the Olympics. Yes it sucks, but how many people can say they broke their leg at the olympics?
