What would be your perfect three main meals a day.
- Breakfast.
- Lunch/Dinner.
- Tea/Dinner.
Mine would be:
Breakfast: Weetabix or a fat sausage and egg sandwich.
Lunch: Pasta with sweetcorn and tuna.
Tea/Dinner: Cheese and potato pie or a fat Indian.

Breakfast: An avocado toast with poached egg on top with cracked pepper followed with a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice.
Lunch: Thai noodle salad with an ice tea.
Dinner: Mushroom and spinach lasagne.
Dessert: A plate of mixed fruit with yogurt.
