Apparently New York is cracking down on spice. Saw this video in a news post and giggled. I think he was on PCP, though.

My goodness, It took around five officers to detain him.
Once he comes off the dust, he'd feel pretty Idiotic. It's quite funny watching an overweight, out of control naked dude with no realization of what he's doing.

What annoys me was, the video was on a news site, and they claimed he did "synthetic marijuana" (aka Spice). Not only is Spice nothing like marijuana, there's a chance this guy was on PCP instead. Not a reliable news site.

If you look at the video, it's pretty clear that it's older. 4:3 aspect ratio, the quality of it, the vehicles in the video, the lack of tasers (almost standard issue equipment in most PD in today's day and age)
Sounds like you need a new "news" site :p
