I used to do alcohol and eat badly. It made me fat and made me a faggot. I decided to change that on september 2013. I started lifting and eating healthy. I can't describe in words how much I changed and love it. I think honestly that everybody should do that. It makes you fresh, fit and think sharp. Not to mention you can get every girl you want because you will be shredded as fuark. You will be much more respected than being fat.
