(works?) evade speeding tickets - Inori - 05-23-2014

This actually worked for my friend a few times. I don't know, might be bullshit on his end but a tip nonetheless.
1. pull over, as normal
2. give the cop your license but when asked for proof of ownership, say it's not yours (how you do this is up to you)
3. a backup car with a different cop, this one specializing with this kind of thing should show up. If not, you got screwed.
4. when this officer asks if it's your car tell him yes and pull out the papers
5. the first one usually doesn't relay the speeding part to the second one so you should be ok there!
(Not my fault if this doesn't work for you. Should only be used if you don't have the cash to pay the ticket)

Haha! This can really work sometimes.

And what about this:
The police officer pulls you over for speeding and has the following exchange:
Officer: May I see your driver's license?
You: I don't have one. I had it suspended when I got my 5th DUI.
Officer: May I see the owner's card for this vehicle?
You: It's not my car. I stole it.
Officer: The car is stolen?
You: That's right. But come to think of it, I think I saw the owner's card in the glove box when I was putting my gun in there.
Officer: There's a gun in the glove box?
You: Yes sir. That's where I put it after I shot and killed the woman who owns this car and stuffed her in the trunk.
Officer: There's a BODY in the TRUNK?!?!?
You: Yes, sir.
Hearing this, the officer immediately calls his captain. The car was quickly surrounded by police, and the captain approached the driver to handle the tense situation:
Captain: Sir, can I see your license?
You: Sure. Here it is. (You show a valid license this time).
Captain: Who's car is this?
You: It's mine, officer. Here's the owner's card. (Show him your owner's card).
Captain: Could you slowly open your glove box so I can see if there's a gun in it?
You: Yes, sir, but there's no gun in it. Sure enough, there was nothing in the glove box.
Captain: Would you mind opening your trunk? I was told you said there's a body in it.
You: No problem. (Act Calm, Open the trunk, no body).
Captain: I don't understand it. The officer who stopped you said you told him you didn't have a license, stole the car, had a gun in the glove box, and that there was a dead body in the trunk.
You: Oh Yeah, I'll bet that Sun of a beach told you I was speeding, too!!!!

Now this was a daily joke that I read a while ago, but it can be twisted and used to evade speeding tickets.

I very much doubt you'd be arrested, more likely shot.... on the plus side if you survived you could sue

RE: (works?) evade speeding tickets - kasakari - 05-23-2014

I've gotten out of my last 5 speeding tickets because I haven't got a ticket in like 8 years. I just chatted with the officer and by the end of the encounter I'd get a warning. When I first got my permit, I would get pulled over and then ticketed because I would toy with them as a means to amusement. Now I just carry a decent conversation with them and they let me off the hook.

RE: (works?) evade speeding tickets - Thomas Scheer - 08-14-2014

This is a very risky and probably unusable approach to avoiding a ticket.

I'll be writing a better, and more efficient and far less risky way to get out of almost any situation with the cops.

I prefer to speed off into a high speed chase when the officer is approaching my car, but your method looks nice as well.

I'll be looking out for that tutorial. It would be good considering you only have 4 posts.
