-I convinced a person (female) to think that an empty water bottle we found meant something to me, so she kept it and almost broke down to tears when she lost it.

Seems pretty easy, right?

1. Stop masturbating. Just stop. Masturbating constantly reminds you of the pain of not having a girlfriend. If you don't have enough will to stop, then masturbate every 7 days. After you develop the needed self confidence, masturbate as you please.

2. Work out. If you're super fat, work out anyway. Working out produces endorphins, which are chemicals that boost your overall self-esteem.

3. Dress noticeably. By noticeably, I mean with as much accessories and try to match as most as possible. Remember, this isn't necessary if you have confidence.

4. Destroy your fear of rejection. This is easier than it sounds, go to your local mall and ask out every girl you see. Remember, you don't know them, so there are barely any consequences. And just a forewarning, you WILL get rejected, that is the point. You must face your fears and take your chances.

5. Eliminate judgements. This takes practice, but shouldn't be too hard if you stick to this rule: Do whatever the fuck you want, whenever you want, without giving a fuck what others might say or do. This is the most important thing in achieving confidence.

Moving on..

1. Snap. Stop giving a fuck. Pretty self explanatory.

2. Take as much room as possible. Also pretty self explanatory, just make sure to take up as much space while walking, sitting, standing, etc..

3. Turn your head slowly.I've noticed this in a lot of people: When called, they turn their heads to the person addressing them extremely fast; this implies that they have low self confidence and generally live their lives seeking validation.

4. Stop being a bitch (servant). The phrase "Nice guys finish last" is both true and untrue. True because the nice guys being addressed are bitches. Untrue because there are alpha-males that are nice. Remember, nice doesn't mean to please everyone by doing what they request, that's a servant, that isn't what you're trying to become.

5. Don't gamble, take risks. Gambling is chance, a risk is calculated. YOU MUST take risks in order to be an alpha-male. Don't pussy out of challenges, but remember THIS: When you are challenged by some body, sometimes it is because the person is trying to manipulate you (hint hint) through false senses of pride and respect to acquire what he/she wants, you should be able to sniff this out quite easily after you've had some experience.

6. Remove self-consciousness. Imagine an obese male that is always caring about how big they are and how ugly and disgusting they look, aren't the effects of his obesity magnified? Now, imagine the same obese male undergoing a change, he started to not give a flying shit about his weight, notice how how his weight doesn't cause that much impact as it did before. Remember, self-consciousness is basically saying "EVERYONE LOOK, I'M TRYING TO HIDE THIS". Pointing at something makes everyone notice it.
