I don't understand the attack on culture as a whole. Yes at times culture does hold people back, but I don't understand how that makes culture as a whole and why we should get rid of it in its entirety.

No one said anything about getting rid of culture in its entirety, nor did anyone "attack" culture.
It was a video which prodded us to realize and assess the current state of affairs.

The title of the thread is 'We do not need culture', that in itself is an attack on culture. And the video was about culture and how it limits people, and while I do agree that this does happen, I see it mainly when the cultures roots lie at religion, so why not go to the root of the problem?

Religion is not the at the core of culture. Culture is man-made, very much like religion, although they don't have to be interconnected.

Someone can express whatever opinion they wish.
It is up to you to decide whether or not you will accept it.
In my personal opinion culture turns individuals into a mindless group
that is often stuck in there ways and will not change.
Now you can not tell me what I can and cannot say.
Just as I can not tell you what you can and cannot believe.

just because someone is a king or god gives them the right to tell you what to do?
If you watch the video and listen you can use logic and make the choice for yourself.
In no way are you being forced.
If you actually use your "Mind" you should be able to come to the right conclusion,
