There are some people that are more volatile than others. Yes, it is a clear sign of immaturity. No, they won't change easily. When you learn to deal with those sorts of people, things get really easy.

They are mentally weak. Probably the kind of people who don't hold much significance outside of their virtual world and enjoy the power and knowledge they hold in their own territory. They like to flaunt their own skills and put on an intimidating persona, which completely contradicts their real-life standing.

A fair generalization. One that I'm usually willing to put money on.
Some people just have no sense or morality behind the confines of their computer screen. The consequences don't affect them. In severe cases that person usually has some mental deficiency/limitation if he/she is willing to ruin people over the smallest of things with no remorse.

Nah but seriously, if it was me unless I knew the kid really did know his shit, I would just laugh at him. Don't take it seriously if he's just another HF skid who can only dox and ddos. "Bobby" could also hire another hacker to help him possibly. I know people who have done that in the past.
