Points System is Active Again
With the excitement of the re-launch I forgot to re-enable the points system. The SP system has been re-enabled and you can earn points from posting once again.
For those that don't know, you can use SP to buy Upgrades and Awards in the shop. I also have plans to offer game keys and other rewards for posting in the future.

One of the few good things Neko actually did was that BB-code designed to require an SP transfer to unlock content. I really think it'd be a great addition to implement.

I actually thought you didn't enable it on purpose. I assumed that there was a bug or something with it you were trying to fix first.

I think the point system will always be a good incentive to the community as long as the content and quality of posts adhere to standards and rules. I hope to be able to contribute to your plans of offers to others such as keys and etc if I have any to give.

Was there any backup of the previous amount we had and the inventory items? I think I had a bunny award sitting around.

Yes, I have an original backup with points. The goal was for points to be reset. Primarily because I plan to add new incentives and rewards for SP. There were people with thousands stockpiled, so that had to be corrected.
If anyone had a large amount of points, but didn't ever upgrade I can handle that on a case-by-case basis. In your case, you already have the Bunny award - unless I'm mistaken.

That was reset intentionally, sorry. The award items weren't ever meant to be a store of value. You have a lot of posts, so I'll just give you Diamond.
The issue is that if I added a game key shop or other incentives, you would have older members clear the shop on the first day. I'll always acknowledge people that helped build the site, but we do need to have some incentives for the newer members too. So, it's one of the things that had to be done.... And I understand that might upset some people.
