Dyson warranty on a Se’d product. Is it dangerous? - giacobmx - 12-10-2024
I Se’d a vacuum directly from Dyson, now after a year sometimes it shuts off, if contact their customer service for a repair with the SN, will they notice that they had refunded me for that product? Maybe is it too risky🤔
Someone has experience with this?

Saying it was a gift as mentioned above is a good idea. You could also use a different SN from an identical product being on eBay/Facebook.

Saying it was a gift maybe would’t had helped much, because i used their whatshapp channel to perform the SE at the time (but one could use another number…)
Anyway, i just wrote them again on whatshapp and they simply sent me a new engine body, was easy! They didn’t check!

whaaat that easy? congrats, was thinking about to hit dyson next, as my vacuum does not turn on

I just did Partially empty box one year ago, i kept all the parts except a couple of accessories.
