OnePlus SE - Gertzerroz - 11-11-2024
Purchased a OnePlus 12 from OnePlus it came with free bluetooth headphones. Any advice on what methods I should use? It was delivered with Fedex and it seems like the address I've used recently has been getting all DNA claims denied by Fedex. Is it possible to MEB? or is a phone too big?
My order also arrived 5 days earlier than expected. I'd like to try DNA but haven't been having success with it. Maybe just bad luck?

did Fedex take a picture or make you sign for the package?
If not I would wait till the expected delivery date and pull a DNA.

No signature, they took a photo but its literally just a low quality close up photo of the package up close with nothing identifiable besides the concrete on the ground.

DNA is your best bet. If your address is burned you should switch. For MEB you might have needed to order some more heavy junk alongside with it but even then it depends. An aged account might help.
Yet phones are not a great target because they are such a high wanted target for so many people. And the laziest of people who never heard of SE will try their DNA luck on a phone. It's a sensitive tech item. Better to make money on other products and then buy a phone with cash

Do you think I should wait until the expected delivery date to contact support or does that not matter since it was delivered 5 days earlier?

if you do dna fedex will knock at your door and won't leave you until you answer, or they usually give up in 1-2 week

DNA is a good choice or MEB you said they came with some headphones so say that only the headphones came in and not the phone

They wanted me to sign an affidavit and provide a PR for a refund. I signed the affidavit and then modified a PR from and old one I had. Typically PRs take a couple days to get approved so i'm waiting around 3 days before I send it to them.
You guys think they'll call and confirm the PR?
