Bose Meb - ozil1127 - 08-15-2024
Decided to do Bose, got an investigation raised with UPS (package weighs less than 0.5kg, should win) but whenever i try get an update they just quit. "after reviewing your account I must confirm that we are unable to take any further action." and im told to phone them. Need help with what to do now.

What exactly did you told the support?
Did you use email or whatsapp to contact support?

If they refuse to play ball, you've really only got 2x options left:
1. If you've paid with PayPal, raise an "Empty Box" case against them, and there's a very good chance you'll win it.
2. If you haven't paid by PayPal, you really don't want to waste a chargeback on your credit card for such a low amount...Just take the 'L' on this occasion and return them; you have 90 days to return them as per their website.

Calling them is (for me personally) always better because you can push a little bit harder and people do want to please you as a customer in the phone more then on chat.
Just ring them and see what they have to say.

Spoke to them yesterday, agent was robotic and just gave me an email address to send the complaint to.
