FAILED SEPHORA DNA - BLKVED - 04-18-2024
Does anyone have an idea how I could fix a failed DNA Attempt with Sephora,
More context; the courier had to deliver with a OTP but he didn't so I thought that it would be an easy refund, but after signing a affidavit, Sephora reject the DNA claim saying that the courier confirmed that the delivery was 100% successful !
So after that I've opened a claim on PayPal same thing rejected.

It's a tricky one. If you want the money back, and you're still within the return window, tell Sephora you have found the package (make an excuse up), do FTID and open a bank chargeback. Give the tracking to the bank when they ask for it. They should 100% side with you if it shows delivered. Good luck.
Or just legit return.

You can do that or you can try to pressure Sephora. Send them a message saying you cannot believe what happened and want to speak to a higher manager. Also ask them to elaborate specifically on what grounds they denied your claim (the evidence they have to conclude that you personally received the package). It doesn't really matter what "evidence" they pull out of the bin because there's always ways to spin it. If it works then you're livin' la vida loca, if not then c'est la vie.

Or you could try the BBB (Better Business Bureau and submit a complaint with them, it usually lights a fire under their asses to resolve your claim since no company wants a bad BBB rating.

I steered my way into broken method as DNAs are starting to fail. At most £9 for an empty bottle for a quite guaranteed refund

You have nothing to lose. It's happened to me multiple times where my refund was denied and only because I continued afterwards was I able to finally get my money back.

For broken bottle where can you buy them, do they have to look exactly the same?
Total broken bottle like in pieces or just a couple cracks?
