AW Series 9 - JL - MEB (had to do chargeback as they wouldn't refund me, this was at their suggestion)
OLED 1TB SteamDeck - MEB - Refunded almost instantly (could be due to the fact I've purchased 2 legit from them previously)
Lenovo - PP Claim - Still In Progress (Will update once complete)
Nike - DNA - Instant refund through chat
Sony Dualsense Edge - Argos Instore - Returned the box with an old Dualsense controller, no one questioned me.
Sony XM4 Headphones - Argos Instore - Returned broken XM3's in the box
Zippo Lighters - DNA - Replacement sent out (was actually accidental. was marked as delivered while I was at work and never noticed the driver left it in the wheelie bin until after Christmas)

For argos, did you make it clear you were giving them the old dualsense? as In you recieved that from them? or just not tell them because theoretically wouldn't that mean you could return literally anything and they would refund you?

I told them it was the old one in the case then I opened it, and asked if there had been any returns of these controllers recently as I think someone has boxed them. They had absolutely no issues at all with refunding me and apologised about 20 times during the time I was there

I think I remember you saying you claimed for eb/meb correct? So don't panick. They may ask you to file a police report. Don't send it back or panick just yet. You've got this. If you told pp dna then of course you messed up, but I hope you didn't tell them dna.
