ssense - jinjungsan - 01-02-2024

hi, my first se was ssense last year may, and I am getting back at it again.
I have ordered a pair of pants, pants weigh around 1kg ish.
last time I hit ssense it was with DNA, and got the refund 2 days later. it was a pair of boots and weight around 3 kg. in Canada, so wondering if I can use the same approach

around 1000cad, the boots I ordered last year were 700$

for your successful DNA did they get a photo or signature?

within Canada they use Canada post, which leads to parcel left in the porch

They denied the refund when I tried DNA. Did a chargeback instead. Waited weeks for ssense to conduct their investigation and they said they weren’t responsible.
