in my locality, I am limited to the refunds. I just wanted to know what the best country for refunds preferably Europe

yeah, but it doesn't make much difference: most of the time, the tax authorities require that data relating to financial transactions be kept for a minimum of 5 years
then you have to assume that companies comply with the law 100% of the time, which is not true in 90% of cases

I was in DE at a media market instore in the summer and there staff were useless so probably there company policy.
I would have thought US would be best as limits are known to be higher
Maybe Canada be nice

Autor asked for countries, not for stores. You can order anything from foreign country and do ftid or even good scan living in Germany. I know a guy who does courier’s scans. Same with USA, but there are many stores to do here. That’s why I chose those countries.
