Dell SE - fortune - 12-17-2023
I am in the process of doing an SE for dell, I will be DNAing a monitor from them. UPS will be delivering.
UPS has never delivered a package to me, but I am concerned if they would come back to my house, as I do not live alone. I'm asking if the UPS driver would come back to my house as part of the investigation.

Simpler Action :
If Your Not Having Too Much Freedom And They Indeed Comes Back Tell Your Family That UPS Making Some Routin Paperwork In Order To Complete Your Order As They Suspect That You Recieved An "HP" Laptop Duo To Order Mistake .

Delivery driver didn't come back when I did dell. You will likely have to do a police report if you want to get anywhere though.

Dell has been abused so hard months ago that they have completely changed their refund policy. They are way harder to hit and if you get anywhere they require a police report to get a refund. If you think the item is worth filing a police report then continue, if not, say you found the package and start a return.

Just tell them you're confident you haven't received the order. What's their proof of delivery? Do they have a photo or is it just a signature?

Just tell them you're confident you haven't received the order. What's their proof of delivery? Do they have a photo or is it just a signature?
It's a signature, no photo.
edit: they didn't show me a photo when showing me the proof of delivery.

edit: they didn't show me a photo when showing me the proof of delivery.
Same thing happened with me and I said it wasn't my door (it actually wasn't since it was a neighbors) and then I got a refund shortly after. Although I would assume this is the part they will now ask for a police report to continue.

Well if there's no photo then they don't have any useful proof of delivery. Reiterate that you haven't received your package, ask for a photo of the delivery and that you'd like them to investigate the issue and either replace or refund your order.
