easiest refund ever, deleted a majority of this post but H&M group is free game

Did they make a investigation or straight up refunded? I'm trying to do a DNA atm and they said they will investigate with courier and then come back to me. Didn't seem that easy.

Just randomly went on the site, what are the chances you just asked 4 min ago.
No investigation with me. Asked me to wait 2 days until I contact them again, after those 2 days they instantly refund. Have had the same happen to friends, and myself about 3 times. H&M group is objectively really, really easy

Ordered 4 items and claimed PEB on 2 of them and after an investigation with their warehouse they decided not to refund.

They said they checked with the warehouse and they confirmed they shipped everything and nothing was missing.

Tried DNA on 2 items, under investigation now. H&m was more easy for me
