Uniqlo delivered - DNA possible? - Woo - 11-01-2023
Hi i ordered some clothes from Uniqlo and it was accepted by a relative in my family with a picture.
I contacted them saying i don’t know who might’ve accepted this and have checked with the neighbours too.
They have now sent a form I need to sign claiming I don’t have the parcel so they can move forward with Evri and do an “investigation”
Should I continue with this DNA, and if things go south I can return in store explaining a relative/neighbour accepted it without my knowledge?

WhT does the picture show? Specifically does it show your front door open and the parcel being received? And how unique looking is your front door? This really determines the level of plausibility of your position and therefore how to respond.

I have a basic door, but you can see the entry doormat, a small part of the interior with a few shoes and a part my wall paper making it quite hard if the courier does decide to come around.
The order value was less than £200 and delivered by Evri.

That sounds low risk. Move a few things round and don’t open the door to the courier. In my experience Evri never do a follow-up anyway.

So once I sign the ”I can confirm I have not received this” blah blah form, I should expect a refund?

Nothing is guaranteed but this is a standard part of their protocol before either initiating an investigation or releasing a refund.

Update - the courier came to my house and started asking questions. I think the DNA has failed.

I have had my driver throw shit in bushes deliver it three streets down just horrendous
