Adidas DNA failed. Can I try PEB? - Jackal - 10-21-2023
I ordered 9 items totalling £220 and they were delivered an hour apart. The pictures taken by Royal Mail show the same person accepting both packages so I could not say only one arrived. I decided to DNA both (ambitious I know) and Adidas investigated and denied the claim.
Can I now try PEB?
FYI: £200 is the limit for adidas refunds without investigation.

I had the same thing happen to me like 2 months ago order was £400 tho tried dna fail eb fail then I ftid the order it took like 3 weeks but I got my money back

I think that this time you have to call it a day. You know that it will raise suspicion for them after you say that it DNA and then you say that some items are missing.

Probs. The limit is the amount reps can refund for without asking permission I think

I'm saying that I would only do one method at a time not trying another one is failed. Of course, you can try your lucky, nothing bad should happen. But I would just after sometime I would do a fresh order and then try the PEB.

Just selected to return all the items in my order got royal mail label and gave it to the boxer who dropped it and I got my money in 3 weeks

DNA is a bit risky, there's a chance that they will contact delivery services and investigate. PEB works well will AD. Hit them for 400€ week ago, instant refund.
