H&M help dna - kat98 - 10-18-2023
my order arrived this morning. should i tell them it didnt arrive now or wait a day?
i got email "your order is delivered hope youre happy bla bla" should i tell them in the morning that the email scared me etc. or shoudl i wait more than a day

It is generally better if you wait one or two days before claiming DNA.

It is generally better if you wait one or two days before claiming DNA.
H&m is instantly don't make you wait 2 days

do i tell them im still waiting for it and that the tracking "delivered" confused me or? any advice is helpful

btw can I use the same adress in a month or something just change name and street name a little? i would use revolut to create new card

I do not know if you can jig your adress on H&M. You probably can.

Most of the stores that still offer instant refunds try to scare refunders by mentioning something about police. Dont be scared and proceed further if the situation i mentioned occurs .

ok so I tried to contact and for Europe there is no chatbot so I had to write email to my countries customer service ... I really hope they dont investigate...
