Dyson SE: SUCCESS - giacobmx - 10-04-2023
I was thinking to SE a Dyson v12 slim directly from them, a friend of mine just did Empty Box for a V15 and their hairdryer too, and it worked after a week of calling them, so I probably will try that. Anyone has tried any other methods with them? I prefer to not DNA. Anyone knows if they check Sealed Box returns?(there are 2 or three clear stickers to seal)

So, I claimed Partially Empty Box (only a brush and wall mount inside), and they asked me photo of the box, and opened a case. They apologize for the inconvenience, and i said i also filmed the unboxing but they didn’t asked the video i made for now.
Today the administrative department mailed me apologizing again and saying they have opened an investigation with the courier (10-15 days) and they need to wait for that to end, and that the courier will come back to collect the box, and they will contact me again as soon as possible to finalize my claim.
So I think it’s going the right way, my friend called them everyday and after a week they sent him the missing part, so I’m thinking of hurry them up a bit..

Doing SN with them. Claimed that the battery exploded and the vacuum cleaner burned down. Sent them few pics, they apologized and said they’ll get back to me next week!
