Does somebody try order from GoPro. com and SE them ? Im interested if is possible refund GoPro trough oficial page

Iv never tried it but arent the boxes completely sealed?
I'd try DNA,MEB, or sealed box return

Maybe DNA should work, they have nice support, but dont know if is PR required..

Hello missing method doesnt work , they will you that the weight was the same when i left the warehouse
the only thing would work would be dna but i dont think theyre liable

Yes, Weighted FTID on gopro should be the way for u to get ur refund i did it myself not so long ago and i got it

How long ago was this and how much did you do? Did they give you prepaid label?

My mate failed GoPro DNA so yeah I’d say return FT is good way to go
