Samsung monitor SE need help - avqqhs - 08-25-2023

I am trying to SE a g7 monitor from samsung right now, i sent them a pop and the photo of the serial number im waiting a label from them,
so should i do FTID or LIT, what do you guys think?

Is that what they require? And you went direct thru Samsung, and what about warranty info and stuff?

Is that what they require?  And  you went direct thru Samsung, and what about warranty info and stuff?

I said that my monitor doesnt get any input from display port / hdmi

im from belgium, they want me to ship it with ups i just got the label what do you think i should drop?
