hi there i have an amazon order coming soon for a laptop i have had my amazon account for a month an have 7 orders on it what is the best way to go about getting a £250 laptop refunded

Yeah DNA, I did an 900 euro one on an account with 3 orders, was refunded instantly

No otp, signature yes, but the driver signed it himself and just left it

It is due to arrive today at some point a there is a OTP do yous think DNA will work ? Or is there any other more reliable method guys?

i suggest u return it with prepaid label and replace the laptop with smt of the same weight
