Chargebacks - DogLovesCarling - 08-09-2023

Hi guys.

I’m wanting to do an expensive chargeback on my CC on some companies mentioned on here that do not follow up chargebacks. Can someone take me through the process?

Do I need it to be left outside my house or can I sign for it?
Do I contact the company first? If so, what do I say if I’ve signed for it?

What company is it? And yes, use the chargeback if the company does not help after contacting them

Why are you opting to chargeback as opposed to hitting the company first?

If the latter fails, that's when you chargeback. If It succeeds, you've saved your chargeback for another SE.

If it’s left outside I will try a DNA but the order has been sent out in multiple packages, one yesterday and the rest today. Not sure if it’s possible now they’ve been split?

Are you saying it’s best to try a DNA if it’s left outside but if I’ve signed for it I can try a chargeback?

A chargeback should be kept as last resource. A DNA of items shipped at different times does not have high chances of success

A credit card for this one
It’s HOF too so apparently they don’t respond to chargebacks

If its over 1000 in price hit that chargeback.

I cant see any method in the world working with multiple parcels. Unless its 2. Then dna could still work.
Its nothing to do with the company responding.

Its to do with your credit card company banning you for too many chargebacks.
